My professional journey began in retail from a cashier at Home Depot in Buffalo, NY, to managing large-scale store openings across California. I eventually moved into leadership roles with companies like Big Lots and Bed Bath & Beyond, and my final retail chapter was as a district manager at Linens & Things. In 2007, I left that world behind to follow a growing passion for website development, hoping to turn a hobby into a business.

After four years of building and managing WordPress sites, I launched WP Fix It in 2009. Inspired by Apple’s support model, it quickly grew into a global WordPress support service that has now handled over 1 million support tickets.
Now I am taking my love for web development and entrepreneurship to a new level with my latest venture, Win Winny. This business is built on partnership. I do not just create websites for people; I collaborate with them and share in the profits their sites generate. It is a modern and fair approach to online success where I only win when my clients win.
Outside of business, I have always enjoyed building things. When I was 15, I completely took apart and rebuilt a 1962 Dodge Dart. It was fun at the time, although I would probably not do it again. That same hands-on and problem-solving mindset drives everything I do today, from creating high-performing websites to helping others grow their online presence.
